I bought that a prepared hero fire blankets for my home! What I didnt know is in the small print not where you buy the stuff.
Its way down below after youve already paid for it. I didnt see it and tried to get it stopped and still cant Im not paying the subscription and if they dont take off subscription. Im denied charges for subscription and the blankets.
Ill pay for the blankets but not the subscription! I need money refunded for the subscription for four months of $32.39 for a total of $129.26

I purchased the Hero Privacy Pen a week ago. I began to charge it, but the charging indicator light continues to light even after 1-2 hours of charging.
It doesn't reach the fully charged indicator light. After charging it for several hours, the screen remains dark. I connected the charging port again, and the charging indicator begins to charge with the same results.
I suspect that the built-in battery is not holding the charge. Can you help?
Preferred solution: Replacement please. If you replace the one I have with a working Pen, fine. Otherwise I'll be satisfied with a refund.
